If your family has followed our prevention program and a covered restoration fails before your child graduates from our practice, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
**Anesthesia costs to medical providers are not included in this guarantee.

To keep restorations protected, we ask that families follow this prevention program:
- Brush twice daily with fluoride or hydroxyapatite toothpaste
- Floss once nightly to clean between the teeth
- Use toothpaste correctly – no rinsing after use, allowing effective soaking
- Smart snacking, which means eliminating carb-based snacks and juice/pop drinks
- Consistent cleanings and exams at least twice every year
